Where do you ship?

We ship to Canada and mainland USA.

How do I track my order?

Once tracking information is assigned to your order, it will be sent to you via email.
There may be a delay of 12-24 hours before the carrier posts initial tracking updates.
Several days can pass between delivery scans and expected delivery dates are subject to change at the carrier level.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of undamaged items within 30 days from the date of purchase.

How do I return an item?

Use the contact us page and explain to us briefly the reason of your return. We will send you a shipping label for the return after we verify your request.

Can I cancel an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot cancel an order already shipped or already processed.
